Leonard Room

The Yarmouth Town Library welcomes all groups to use the Leonard Room. The Leonard Room is a meeting room in the downstairs area of the South Yarmouth Library with seating capacity for 75-80 people. The room is equipped with a podium, a projection screen, smart TV with remote capabilities and several long tables and chairs. The Library owns a projector that can be reserved for use with a laptop, but presenters typically bring their slide deck on a thumb drive, which works well.

The Leonard Room is available for use only during the hours the library is open except by special permission. In order for the room to be available to all, we ask that it not be reserved by any one group on a weekly basis except by special permission.

The room may also be used by patrons on an as-needed basis in special circumstances: college interviews, video conference, testing, quiet work space etc.

All non-profit groups are welcome to use the room for free. The room can also be reserved for for-profit business for a fee of $25.00 per hour. For-profit businesses include tutors who are being compensated for their work in any way.
