Your CLAMS (Cape Libraries Automated Materials Sharing) library card gives you access to materials throughout the CLAMS network: books, DVDs and Blu-Ray discs, audiobooks, e-books, streaming movies and television series, museum passes and more. (Learn more about CLAMS here.) Most material can be borrowed or returned at the CLAMS library of your choice.
Yarmouth Town Libraries welcome all residents, visitors, students, and temporary workers. Children who are kindergarten age or older may apply for a Children’s card with the signature of a parent or legal guardian.
To get a card, please visit the Circulation Desk at either one of our libraries with positive identification (driver’s license, state ID, passport, military ID, EBT card, etc.) and proof of current address (postmarked mail, lease, utility bill, car registration, checking account, etc.). If you have trouble meeting any of these requirements, we’ll work to accommodate you.
You may also apply for a temporary CLAMS card online. This card will provide you with immediate access to online resources, and the ability to place holds on library material. Just visit the CLAMS library of your choice to complete the application and receive a full access card! (Please note that other libraries may have different identification requirements.)
